As a result of the meeting number 33 held on 22.01.2020 regarding the evaluation of the exam, the decision that made by our commission is as follows:

DECISION: On 22.01.2020, the Education Coordination Committee convened and made the following decision.

“The limit to be added to the relative evaluation is set at 40 in our faculty for the students. The weighted grade (raw achievement grade) calculated as an overall of the examination conducted during terms (midterm, committee exam) and end of terms (final, make-up, single course) must be 40/100; Grades 39 and below will not be included in the relative system evaluation and will be converted to letter grade as FF. ”
