Dr. Beren Özsoy was born in 1993 in Nicosia. He completed his primary education at Girne American Primary School (1999-2004), followed by his middle school education at Girne American College (2004-2007). He completed his high school education at Girne American College (2007-2011) and graduated as the “fourth” in his class. He completed his undergrade education at Near East University Faculty of Dentistry (2011-2016). Immediately after, he pursued and completed his doctoral program at the Department of Orthodontics, Near East University (2016-2023), achieving the title of "Doctor of Orthodontic Science”. He has published research articles in both national and international peer-reviewed and indexed journals. He has presented papers in both national and international scientific meetings. His academic and clinical interests include; low-level laser therapy, methods of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, mini-screw-assisted orthodontic applications, and clear aligner therapy. He is a member of the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Dentists, Cyprus Turkish Medical Association, and Turkish Orthodontic Society.
