Dr. Burcu Günal Abdulcelil was born on December 8, 1989, in Ankara. She achieved top honors in secondary school in 2004 and once again in high school in 2007. In 2012, she successfully graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry. Subsequently, she embarked on her doctoral studies in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at Near East University Institute of Health Sciences. In 2018, she attained the title of Doctor of Science by defending her doctoral thesis titled " Comparison of the Translucency of CAD-CAM Monolithic Restorations and Investigation of the Effect of Resin Cement Color."
In 2018, she was appointed as an assistant professor at Near East University. In 2022, she demonstrated success in the associate professorship examination and was appointed as an associate professor at Near East University.
Dr. Günal Abdulcelil has contributed various articles to both national and international indexed journals. Additionally, she has actively participated in several conferences and symposiums, delivering insightful presentations. Her academic and clinical pursuits encompass a broad spectrum, including aesthetic dentistry, implant-supported prosthetics, full ceramic restorations, adhesive cementation, bruxism (teeth grinding), and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues.
