Dr. Mohamad Talal Radwan was born in 1993 in Syria. He completed his primary and secondary education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In 2010, he moved to Syria to study dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2015.

In 2017, he moved to Cyprus and began his PhD studies in Orthodontics at Near East University. He completed his doctorate in 2022 with the thesis titled “Artificial Intelligence-Based Algorithm for Cervical Vertebrae Maturation Stage Assessment.”

He was awarded the title of Assistant Professor on 12 March 2025 and continues his academic and clinical work at Near East University, with clinical expertise in orthodontic fixed treatments, growth modification, and orthognathic surgery, and research interests in artificial intelligence in orthodontics, growth and development assessment, and advanced treatment mechanics.

Dr. Radwan has published in internationally indexed journals, presented at international conferences, and serves as a reviewer for several international orthodontic journals.
