
Semih Arkoy was born in Nicosia in 1994. He graduated from Bülent Ecevit Anadolu Lisesi in 2012 and from the Near East University Faculty of Dentistry in 2017. In the same year, he commenced his doctoral education in the Department of Prosthodontics at the Near East University Faculty of Dentistry.
In 2023, he was awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) after successfully defending his doctoral thesis entitled “The Effect of Different Surface Treatments on the Repair Bond Strength of CAD/CAM Resin-Matrix Ceramics.”
Dr. Semih Arkoy has published articles in internationally indexed journals. He has also participated in and delivered presentations at various conferences and symposiums. His academic and clinical interests include adhesive dentistry, dental materials, temporomandibular joint disorders, removable prosthodontics, and implant-supported prostheses. He is married and has one child.
