The faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Health Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing and the Vocational School of Health Services of Near East University, which educates future health professionals in every field, were accredited by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOHME).
Following the audits carried out, Near East University, whose all health departments were accredited by MOHME, was among the universities recommended for health education in the report published by the ministry.

Near East University, which trains health professionals for many countries in addition to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkey with students from 143 countries around the world, offers a strong practical education opportunity to its students with its two medical faculty hospitals and dental hospital. Near East University, which is a member of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA), International Pharmacy Students’ Federation (IPSF) and International Association of Dental Students (IADS) in the fields of medicine, pharmacy and dentistry, integrates its students with the world as well as the international education environment it provides.
Near East University, which is accredited by many institutions of the world, has expanded its international recognition in the field of health to new geographies by being accredited by MOHME.

Near East University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel emphasized that the accreditation of the faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, Health Sciences and all departments of the Vocational School of Health Services by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education is a result of the international university identity we carry. Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel reminded that the Near East University Faculty of Pharmacy has recently received the title of “accredited pharmacy faculty” by successfully completing the international independent accreditation process carried out by the US-based “Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education” (ACPE) and said, “The accreditations received by our faculties from institutions of different countries continue to strengthen the international university identity we carry.”
